I found the location superb. It offered easy access to transport and many dining spots. breakfast on the top floor was an absolute delight. The buffet presented quality and variety. our triple room was spacious, a true luxury after a long day.
The centralized air conditioning was a challenge. I couldn't adjust the room temperature to my liking. i wished for individual control for more personalized comfort.

The hotel had stores for snacks. Two convenience stores were located in the building. The airport limousine bus stops right at the hotel. This made getting to the airport very simple. Underground passageways connect the hotel to Shinjuku station. This is especially nice on rainy days.
The room was really warm. I was informed the air conditioning had centralized control. Staff brought a fan to help cool the room. This did provide some relief from the heat.

The staff were very helpful. Staff was amazingly patient. They helped me get my husbands wallet back when he lost it. I really appreciated this service.

the hotel is near the tokyo metropolitan government building i walked there easily the airport limousine bus stops right outside the main building a convenience store is in the building i found this very convenient. the staff were helpful and friendly they assisted with directions and information the hotel also has a laundry room i found it useful for washing clothes.
the room lacked a proper closet only having a few hangers.

The location allowed short walks to several stations and that was helpful. I also found many restaurants and a convenience store right in the building and that suited my needs. I appreciated the limousine bus service directly to the airport right outside the entrance. The bus tickets were available at the information counter and it simplified my departure.
The room felt small. Opening my luggage took up most of the available space.
